Terms of Use
Effective August 10, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed through it. Your rental itself is governed by the rental agreement you sign at checkout. Where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
Orders and availability
Placing an order reserves the items shown for your event date once payment is complete. We do our best to keep availability and pricing accurate, but if an item becomes unavailable or a price is shown in error, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
Deposits, cancellations, and refunds
Our deposit and cancellation terms are set out on our FAQs page and in the rental agreement you sign at checkout. Please read them before booking.
Your electronic signature
At checkout you type your name and the date to sign the rental agreement. That typed signature is intended to have the same effect as a handwritten one, and we keep a record of it with your order.
Your account
If you create an account, please keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has access to it.
Care of rented items
Rented items remain our property throughout the rental. Please use them as intended and return them in the condition they arrived in. Anything further, including responsibility for loss or damage, is covered by the rental agreement you sign.
Using this site
You may read, print, and share these pages for your own use. Please do not copy the site's photographs or content for commercial purposes, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
Availability of the site
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be online or free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
